The great cooking demonstration by the lodge's mom and dad, the love for the food and the spices from the garden. The way the mum cooks is enchanting. The delicious food! The walk to the waterfalls with dad, with a delicious snack and a cup of tea by the water. EVERYTHING has been thought of. We felt like princesses. I recommend everyone to stay the night here. We spent 4 wonderful days, the best cooking class on an outdoor kitchen overlooking the most incredible view, a trip to an incredible waterfall which you had a jungle walk to get too, and then a day at Sigiriya Rock - the house is beautifully designed, our bedroom felt like being in a tree house. The hosts were so lovely they made us feel so at home, even put on a surprise birthday meal - we created memories we will never forget.”
